Hey everyone! Here is the second post of my fashion countdown to 2011! A trend to watch is biker fashion. As military chic fades, the biker trend is here to replace. The main ideas of the trend are motorcycle jackets, motorcycle pants, and motorcycle boots. The key piece, the motorcycle jacket, is now springing up in a multitude of colors, including metallic silvers and two-toned leather. Designers have also added zipper sleeves and quilting to the mix. Next in line are the leather pants. These are not your average skin tight, black leggings. These are decked out with mesh side-panels, exposed zippers, quilting, padding, and neutral colors. An alternative to the leather pants is the neo-mod leather skirt (by Burberry.) Completed with quilting detail and all. And last but certainly not least, the boots. They have been circulating the fashion world for some time now, which means they're all over the place, all looking average. So i suggest finding a statement pair quickly!
